Background
The correct social security status in an international context is increasingly important for companies in Switzerland.
With regard to telework, the transitional provisions in the EU, EFTA and Switzerland were valid until 30.6.2023.
The solutions for teleworking since 1.7.2023 have been published and there is clarity about what is possible and what is not.
Are there also new options for telework with other countries and nationalities?

- Agreement on the Free Movement of Persons VO 883/2004 and “Framework Agreement” regarding telework, areas of application and limitations as of 1.7.2023
- Social security agreements between Switzerland and various countries
- No social security agreement
There are many practical examples and the steps to be taken are explained in detail.

In case of cancellation up to 15 working days before the event, the participant will receive a full refund of the participation fee. Up to five full working days before the event, I will charge 50% and in case of a later cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
