The correct social security status in an international context is increasingly important for companies in Switzerland.

The solutions for teleworking are different depending on the nationality and the country / countries involved.

I look at the various legal bases from a Swiss perspective in relation to telework.

  • Definition of telework
  • Agreement on the Free Movement of Persons VO 883/2004  and “Framework Agreement” regarding telework, areas of application and limitations since 1.7.2023
  • Social security agreements between Switzerland and various countries
  • No social security agreement

 

There are many practical examples and the steps to be taken are explained in detail.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 15 working days before the event, the participant will receive a full refund of the participation fee. Up to five full working days before the event, I will charge 50% and in case of a later cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
